Despite their playful names, Nosht products are really carefully designed: the product developers know the challenges your stomach can face during long and demanding training and racers, and the products have focused on both stomach-friendliness and genuine, natural flavors.
Speed candy is a tidier alternative to energy gels. In addition, the dosage is precise, because each of the four candies in the package contains 10 grams of carbohydrates. In practice, two candies are equivalent to one traditional energy gel, i.e. the whole package is equivalent to two gels. The package opens easily at the dotted line.
During a long exercise or race, the manufacturer recommends eating two candies every 20 minutes.
The entire package contains half a cup of coffee’s worth of caffeine (45mg).

All Nosht products are gluten-free, vegan and suitable for the FODMAP diet, which avoids foods that can irritate the intestines. The development work of Nosht products takes place in Ullanlinna, Helsinki, and includes e.g. highly successful triathlete, master’s degree in food sciences specializing in sports nutrition, Kaisa Sali. Heikki Liekola, who has worked as a chef in many Michelin-starred restaurants, is responsible for the tastes of Nosht products.
