Customer returns from OUTSIDE FINLAND

You have 100 days to return your item!

We hope you enjoy your purchase! However, if you would like to return the products, please review our returns policy first. You can exchange the product by first making a return and then placing a completely new order.

Returns policy

You have a 100 day return period from the time of purchase. Unused products in good condition may be returned. The product must have price information, tags and any original packaging in place and in a tidy condition. If the customer returns a dirty or otherwise contaminated product, we reserve the right to deduct cleaning costs from the amount returned by 15% of the price of the product, however, up to a maximum of 50 euros.

If the product is not easy to clean, or if the product contains animal hair, it is no longer fit for sale. In this case, we cannot refund the price of the product to the customer at all.

Custom orders (such as equipped skis, engraved products, hygiene products or special products ..) can not be returned. (Note: Pre-assembled products, such as assembled ski and skate sets and are tailor-made to order and are thus permanently adapted to your order / needs and are therefore non-refundable.) Gift cards cannot be returned.

Please note! The returns policy applies to the online store only, not our physical shops.

If you want to exchange a delivered product to another size, colour or altogether a different product, return the product and make a new order for the product you wish.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns from outside Finland.
However, for Sweden and Germany, we provide a return label with the package. In Sweden, returns are free for purchases over 150 euros. For purchases under 150 euros, there's a 10 euro fee deducted from the refund. In Germany, returns always cost 10 euros.

Return Instructions

1. Start by doing the return notification online. If you ordered as a registered customer you may do the return notification easily on your own account. If you ordered as a guest, please do the return notification here.

2. Pack carefully the item you would like to return.

3. When you received your order there were return instructions included in the package. Please cut the bottom of the paper and write down your name and order number. Include this paper in the return package. Please note! If you’ve lost the return instructions, you may write your name and order number on any paper.

5. Include your own name and order number on top of the parcel also. This is very important for us due to customs clearance back to Finland. If sender information is missing, we won't receive the parcel as we cannot declare it to the customs.

6. Drop the return package at the postal location of your choice and pay for the delivery (customer is in charge of delivery cost when returning from outside of Finland, please see the exceptions above)

7. Ask for a return receipt and save it. Save the parcel tracking in case it is needed later.

Please note!

 

Please store the return receipt until your return is processed. 

Skis or other large items: please contact us before returning: sales@scandinavianoutdoor.com.

It might take up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

Once we receive your items, we'll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

If you want to exchange your items, please return and re-order.

Returning an item with a RePack pouch

1. Start by doing the return notification online. If you ordered as a registered customer you may do the return notification easily on your own account. If you ordered as a guest, please do the return notification here.

2. When you received your order there were return instructions included in the package. Please cut the bottom of the paper and write down your name and order number. Include this paper in the return package. Please note! If you’ve lost the return instructions, you may write your name and order number on any paper. Place the item and the paper with your information in the RePack.


3. Remove the address label on top of the RePack.


4. Close the Repack velcro and secure it with packing tape.


5. Note! Do turn over the “Reply Paid” label, which shows the package code (returning is free of charge only when you return an empty RePack pouch).


6. Take the package to a postal office of your choice and pay the freight. Ask the clerk to print out the address label and attach it to the RePack. Returning address is

8. Note! If you want to return an empty RePack pouch, just simply drop it to your nearest postal box with the "Reply Paid" label visible.
