Membrane technology has evolved at a great pace. The Phantom Pull-On jacket is amazingly light, but still has 20,000 water column and breathability values. The jacket packs into a small disc that can be slipped into almost any pocket. The half-length zipper and omitting pockets have helped towards this amazingly low weight.
