Hestra recommends using this conditioner for gloves made from goat leather, cowhide, deer and elk leather, lamb nappa, and peccary leather.
The product is not recommended for nubuck, suede, or capybara leather – these types of leather do not absorb the conditioner, and it remains as a sticky layer on the surface. For these products, Hestra Leather Balm is suitable.
Ensure the product is suitable for your gloves by testing on a small area first. Light coloured leather types may darken a bit during the treatment.
Apply a thin, even layer, wait 5–10 minutes, and use a soft brush for finishing.
