Tarps and lavvus

When weather conditions favor a more open shelter instead of a tent, choose a tarp! When sleeping under a tarp, condensation forming on the inside of the shelter is not an issue, and a tarp is lighter and packs smaller than even the lightest solo tents. A tarp can also be set up as additional protection at a tent campsite.
