Pulkas and accessories
On a winter hike, a pulka is often a much more comfortable choice since winter clothing and gear take up more space and weigh more than three-season equipment. Maintaining balance is easier, and there’s no lack of space. A pulka’s load can also weigh more than a backpack’s without becoming overly burdensome. A pulka is also great for trips with children—just pop the kid in and off you go!
