With an aluminum body and inner steel coating, this Duossal 2.0 pot is the perfect choice for an enthusiastic outdoor cook. The steel surface sears food at lower temperatures than many other materials, and it is extremely durable. It can be brought to a higher temperature than most non-stick materials and also prevents aluminum from getting in your food even when cooking sour food items for long periods of time. The aluminum layer is 0.5 mm thick and the steel is 0.3 mm.

Note! Cooking with stainless steel may require a bit of practice - the surface is pure metal, without any sort of nonstick coating. When frying, for instance, you’ll want to aim for great temperature control and enough fat.
