Roselli Pikkunikkari - A safe knife for children with high quality materials. Only sharpened at the straight portion of the blade. The tip is blunt. When the child gains skill and responsibility, the blade can be sharpened all the way to the tip.
The carbon steel used in this knife contains 0.8% carbon. The result is a blade that is easy to sharpen and a versatile choice for camping and outdoor use. The blade is also tough enough for working with harder materials such as bone and tendons.
