Rab has designed this model for hiking in cool and relatively cold conditions, when the intensity varies between zero (break) and pretty intense (ascents). The slightly fuzzy Vapour-Rise Warm liner brings in a touch of insulation and helps transfer moisture through the surface. This material is shown in the hood, in the main image.
