The Minimalistic Nitron is a great choice when you don’t need a lot of gear with you. Soft bottles and energy gels have dedicated pockets on the harness, and the main compartment takes care of your other stuff. Zippered pockets on the hip belt are a nice addition to the sleek and sporty pack.

The flexible dual sternum strap and vest-like carrying system are familiar features from trail running packs, and the Nitron is well-suited for brisk movement too. The chest strap includes a safety whistle, which is not only a sensible thing to carry around but also a required piece of equipment in many trail running races and events
