Not everyone wants to use down products, and on the other hand, technical insulation is almost impervious to moisture – the Cirrus Alpine is a good choice when you’re looking for a jacket insulated with technical fiber for breaks, camp, and general cold-weather use. The jacket’s Pertex Quantum fabrics and high-quality PrimaLoft Silver RISE insulation fiber keep you comfortable. The jacket’s protective hood and sufficiently long hem are invaluable features when the wind picks up.
The Cirrus Alpine falls between the lightest lightweight jackets and heavier winter jackets in terms of warmth: the size M jacket contains 191 grams of high-quality insulation fiber.
This version, updated for fall 2024, is warmer than the previous model, and the fit has been adjusted for greater comfort.
Like a good break jacket, the Cirrus Alpine also packs into its own pocket.
We wrote up the initial comments by our staff as this jacket arrived in stock: “Spacious at the shoulders, nice and long leeves. Nice and light, feels warm the split second you don it.”
The model in the photos is 177 cm tall and is wearing a size 10 jacket.
The fabrics are treated with a PFC-free finish that speeds up drying.
