Rab Men's Ascent Jacket

Rab Ascent Jacket - A men’s down jacket designed for demanding use and resistant to moisture. The down insulation is treated with a Nikwax-developed coating that significantly improves its moisture resistance, ensuring it retains its insulating properties far better in damp conditions compared to untreated down. The Ascent Jacket is tailored for the requirements of winter climbing trips, but it also performs well for other leisure activities.

The Ascent has been updated over the years. This version features higher-quality down insulation (with a fill power of 700, compared to 650 previously) and a fleece lining in the collar. The main fabric is Pertex Quantum instead of Endurance. The cuffs use Stratus synthetic insulation instead of down, as it is less sensitive to moisture.
