Nosht Sports drink Lemon Lime 400 g

Nosht products are carefully thought through: the people who develop them know how much strain your stomach takes during long, demanding training sessions and races. That’s why these products focus on both being gentle on the stomach and delivering genuine, natural flavours.

The sports drink works both for fuelling up and during your effort: for a hydration mix, stir 20 grams (2 tablespoons) of powder into 5 decilitres of water. To drink during your effort, mix 40 grams (50 ml) of powder into 5 decilitres of water.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, sodium citrate, acidity regulator (citric acid), potassium chloride, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), natural flavouring, cocoa.

Nutritional content per 100 g of powder: Energy 389 kcal = 1655 kJ, Carbohydrates 95 g, of which sugars 95 g, Potassium 104 mg, protein 0 g, fat 0 g, salt 1.3 g.

All Nosht products are gluten-free, vegan and suitable for a FODMAP diet that avoids foods that irritate the gut. Nosht products are developed in Ullanlinna, Helsinki, with input from top triathlete Kaisa Sali, who holds a master’s degree in nutritional science specialising in sports nutrition. The flavours are the work of Heikki Liekola, who has worked as head chef in several Michelin-starred restaurants.
