This high-energy sports drink works for fueling before, during, and after performance. Mix one portion = 27 grams = two tbsp of powder with the desired amount of water.

For a traditional mix, use 1 or 2 portions for 500 to 750 ml of water. For a high energy concentration, use 2 or 3 portions for 500 to 750 ml of water.
