Shell-type garments are also convenient for skiing — by adjusting base and mid layers, they suit a wide range of temperatures. However, cold spots can sometimes occur, and it’s precisely this problem that Norrøna aimed to solve with the Lofoten GTX Insulated Pants. High-quality PrimaLoft Silver insulation is used from the upper thigh down the front and at the seat area on the back panel.
The primary use for these pants is freeride skiing, but they’re also suitable for alpine skiing, snowboarding, and other winter outdoor activities.
Like other recent Gore-Tex products, the Lofoten Insulated GTX pants are now made with an ePE membrane, which means the product contains no PFAS compounds.
The model is 179 cm tall and wears a size M.
This product contains no PFAS. Over 50% of the fibers are recycled, and the fabric is bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® certified.
