Down anorak, weight 417 g.
The anorak is a traditional garment of northern peoples. Originally made of sealskin, it nowadays takes many forms thanks to modern materials, and in the case of the Lofoten Down800, the result is a lightweight and incredibly comfortable jacket. It features a half-length zipper in the front and another zipper on the side to aid in dressing and undressing.
The Norrøna products from the Lofoten series are developed for use in conditions that can change very quickly, and they are suitable for various activities: although this jacket’s “main sport” is freeriding, it also works excellently for more ordinary hiking and trekking.
The Lofoten Down800 is suitable for breaks and as a general-purpose jacket in cold weather: it packs compactly, and the outer fabric provides adequate wind protection. The hood is designed to work well with a ski helmet.
