When you want a lot of performance with little money, choose the Oppland PU. The long vestibule enables keeping everyone’s shoes and backpacks covered.

The affordable price of this PU model has been reached by using the Oppland tent shape together with reliable basic fabrics instead of ultralight ones. The poles are also of a basic model, but still made to last. Fun fact: the outer tent’s hydrostatic head is actually bigger than in the more expensive LW model. The wind test result for this tent was 25m/s - this is no pushover.

In traditional Nordic style, the poles are in the outer tent with the inner tent buttoned inside, allowing both to be set up simultaneously. For load sharing, you can detach them from oneanother, then pitch the outer tent first and attach the inner tent.
