When designing a hiking frying pan, choosing weight is a crucial factor. Unlike with pots, a bit of weight is actually beneficial in the world of frying pans. The Summit Skillet avoids the pitfall of trying to go all ultralight, while still staying true to the somewhat minimalistic style typical for Jetboil products.
The included little spatula (weight 21 g, measurements 65 x 185 x 21 mm) packs away in the stowable handle. Note! Remove the spatula before turning the handle from one position to the other.
The pan can be used directly on the MightyMo and Stash stoves, as well as the MicroMo and MiniMo, when using the included Pot Support. For use with Zip and Flash 2.0 stoves, you need to purchase the Pot Support separately.
Due to the nonstick coating, the manufacturer recommends using this product on the medium or low setting of your hiking stove. Also, do not leave the empty pan on a burner.
