The Alpha series has long represented Helly Hansen’s pinnacle of expertise. Until now, the jacket’s development versions have been numbered, but they’ve now moved straight to infinity: Alpha is now Infinity. It includes Helly Hansen’s Life Pocket, which uses your body heat and the jacket’s insulation to keep your phone warm. The manufacturer describes the ventilation openings as “strategic,” which may sound a bit grand, but they are indeed quite smart.
