The Spitz jackets are designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding users in harsh weather conditions. The details are optimized for activities like climbing trips, while the materials and down insulation ensure comfort for other winter uses as well.

The goose down in this Spitz Down jacket is treated to be water-repellent (H Down Platinum). It effectively resists soaking for 10,000 minutes. In areas prone to flattening, there is 100g/m² of Mimic Silver polyester insulation fiber.

In most conditions, this jacket is worn with a base and mid-layer, and in extreme conditions, a spacious shell jacket can be added on top. The model is like a lightweight down jacket, boosted with a lot of extra down: light to wear, but much warmer than the lighter ones available.

The jacket, awarded at the ISPO trade fair, was praised for its ability to withstand wet conditions, excellent down insulation that minimizes cold spots, and a well-balanced design that provides both protection and freedom of movement.
