Zandstra Sports NIS

These touring skates are designed from the ground up to be fully compatible with Rottefella NIS bindings. Skates equipped with a skate skiing binding offer a sportier experience compared to those used with hiking boots: the freely moving heel during the push-off phase adds extra energy to your stride. The Sports NIS proves that high-quality skates don’t have to cost a fortune!

Pair these skates with NNN-, Prolink-, or Turnamic-compatible skate boots and hit the ice, whether you’re gliding over natural ice or a man-made skating track. (Note: not compatible with the wider Rottefella NNN BC boot.)

• The blade is stainless steel, hardness 60 Rc
• Blade thickness: 1.25 mm
• Manufacturer recommendations for skate length based on European shoe size:
• 40 or smaller: 43 cm skates
• 41 - 43: 45 cm skates
• 44 or bigger: 48 cm skates

When you also buy a pair of bindings in the same order, we will mount the bindings at no extra cost. If you use Rottefella BC-binding system, then choose Zandstra Tango skate.
