Alpine combines the basic principles of barefoot shoes with materials suitable for winter use. The high shaft and the fluffy cuff also improve the shoes’ performance in winter conditions.

The sole’s structure allows your feet to work naturally: there’s pretty much no torsional rigidity or significant shock absorption. The so-called “drop,” referring to the height difference between the heel and the front part, is nonexistent.
