Trangia 27-21 UL/D Gas burner

With its spirit burner, sturdy windshield and pot support ultra reliable function, the Trangia is a true classic. This version brings back the Duossal pots that were available some years ago. What is Duossal? Well, it means the pots and frying pan have a steel coating on the inside, thus combining a lightweight body with a fantastic frying/boiling surface that is super tough in long-term use and does not give out aluminum even when boiling sour ingredients for extended periods of time. The aluminum layer is 0.5 mm thick and the steel layer 0.3 mm.

The gas burner is more than twice as powerful as the spirit burner, does not create soot, and has a very nice power adjustment for precise cooking.

A 27 series Trangia has a packing volume of roughly 2.7 liters while a 25 series model has a packing volume of roughly 3.8 liters.
