Rab Men's Downpour Pant

The popular and reasonably priced Downpour pants are incredibly lightweight and barely noticeable when worn. They provide full protection against rain and wind while packing down compactly when needed. Many hikers carry these pants in their backpack as a precaution against rain, while others, for example, on an autumn foliage trip, may use them as their only pair of pants for the entire journey.

The pants feature a 2.5-layer construction: the outer fabric has a membrane on the inside, which is further lined with a minimalist printed pattern for added comfort. We recommend wearing long base layer or mid-layer pants underneath this model.

This updated Spring 2025 version is now equipped with Pertex Shield membrane fabric, and the outer fabric is slightly more durable than before.
