A 35 cm ridged cast iron skillet.
Seasoned at the factory, ready for use straight out of the box. Great for use on open fire, a grill, a large enough electric stove or gas stove. When using with electric stoves, make sure the hob is big enough, and spend some time with gentle pre-heating - this way you’ll avoid warping.
The skillet weighs 4.6 kg, giving it a huge capacity for storing heat - chucking in a couple of steaks doesn’t cool it down too badly. A great choice for frying both meat and vegetables. The ridges give your food the trademark pattern.
