Outwell estimates the setup time for this tent to be around 17 minutes after a bit of practice, and you can get under rain cover as early at around the 8 minute mark.

While most tents of this type only open from the front, the Michigan also features a handy side vestibule with its own entrance, a space you can also use for storing gear.

As the word “Air” in the tent’s name suggests, the main poles in this Outwell tent are actually large inflatable air tubes—once you pump them up, the tent takes shape. Pro tip: place a towel or piece of fabric under the pump when using it, as it can easily draw in sand and grass.
