Probe:

The Ortovox Probe Alu Light has a depth scale marked on the side, with the one-meter depth especially clearly highlighted. The probe is easy to assemble for use, and despite its light overall weight, it is a full-fledged Ortovox avalanche safety product.

The aramid cable that locks the probe sections into place snaps to the correct tension effortlessly.
