Norrøna's most versatile skiing shell. New Gore-Tex ePE material!

Møre has been developed for freeride skiing, but the result is a very capable jacket for many other activities as well. The lightweight yet durable shell is easy to pair with just a base layer shirt when pushing uphill, and if more insulation is needed, a thick mid-layer jacket or a lightweight down jacket can easily be added underneath.

This jacket uses the new Gore-Tex ePE material made from polyethylene—a significant leap forward in Gore-Tex’s environmental friendliness, as it was previously made from the problematic PTFE.

Thanks to its three-layer construction and Gore membrane, the jacket is expected to have a long lifespan. In a three-layer construction, the membrane itself is protected on one side by a laminated outer fabric and on the other side by a laminated lining fabric.

  • “Technical fit”: the second narrowest of the manufacturer’s four options
  • Waterproof, windproof, breathable
  • The hem is longer at the back
  • Over 50% of the jacket’s fibers are recycled
  • Hood compatible with a helmet
  • Two large lower pockets, two chest pockets, sleeve pocket, inner pocket
  • Velcro-adjustable cuffs
  • Elastic inner cuffs inside the sleeves
  • Ventilation opening on the chest
  • Öko-Tex and bluesign certified

The outer fabric has a PFC-free water-repellent treatment.

The jacket is made at the Zplus Company Limited factory in Huai An City, China. The factory has been collaborating with Norrøna since 2016. It employs 1,297 people, of whom 1,104 are women and 193 are men. The factory has an active plan for reducing CO2 emissions. The energy source for the factory is natural gas. Plastic and cardboard waste is recycled. The factory is committed to avoiding the use of harmful substances. The average employee wage is 2.74% above the minimum wage. There is a monitoring program for employee well-being, and employees have a committee/union. The factory achieved HIGG FEM level in 2019 and FSLM level in 2021.
