Cooking in a steel pot rewards a little practice: stainless steel shines, but also burns food relatively easily. So if, for example, you are sautéing food on the bottom of the pot, use enough oil, keep the flame of the cooker on a low power setting and, if necessary, lift the pot further away from the flame, while stirring the food ingredients diligently.

This product is made for camping stove use but can be used with open fire with a bit of care.
