Maurten Gel 160 is an energy gel made with Hydrogel technology, truly gel-like (not syrupy), designed to be absorbed well even during demanding performances. The gel-like structure also helps reduce mess.

The recipe is simple: Water. Glucose. Fructose. Gelling agents: Sodium alginate, Gluconic acid, Calcium carbonate.
The ratio of fructose to glucose is 0.8 / 1.
