Beef jerky coated with dried garlic granules. There’s no skimping on the garlic here, the Jerkku Garlic, originally developed for the Kerava Garlic Festival, sold out right on the festival morning. This beef jerky has a very mellow flavour, and the garlic lingers for a good long while.

Snack on it as is, or use it as an ingredient in cooking. 40 grams of jerky comes from drying 100 grams of meat!

New recipe! Less fat and salt than before, and a touch higher protein content.

Ingredients: beef topside, gluten-free soy sauce (water, hydrolysed soy protein, salt), sugar syrup, garlic, black pepper.
