Also known as Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich, Naga Jolokia used to hold the title of the hottest chili in the world. As with capsicum chinense chilies, the burn takes a while to reach its peak. For chili officionados this is not the hottest option available, but on the other hand the purpose here is not to overwhelm ohter tastes.
