Kowa BD III 42-10 XD

The Kowa BD XD series is now in its third generation. New features include improved ergonomics with grip-enhancing elements, silicone eyecups that block stray light and a redesigned focus wheel.

Like its predecessor, the BD III XD offers a very wide field of view, with a field width that meets the requirements of the ISO 14132-2 standard. The image fills much of your vision, which makes it easier to locate what you’re looking for and gives you an immersive view.

10x42 binoculars offer a stronger magnification than 8x binoculars. The 42 mm objective lenses deliver great image quality and keep performing well as the light fades, while the binoculars stay compact for what they can do.

For birdwatching and similar uses, the image quality will take you a long way. The BD III XD renders colours accurately, and the image is very sharp with good contrast. Thanks to the wide field of view and adjustable eye cups, this model works well even with eye glasses.
