Joutsen Men's Tuisku

When a winter jacket filled with high-quality down (fill power 800) weighs close to one and a half kilos, you’re dealing with an exceptionally warm product. The outer material blocks not only the wind but also occasional sleet and rain showers. In Joutsen’s three-level warmth rating, Tuisku is at level 3/3.

The Tuisku (Finnish for snow flurry, or blowing/drifting snow) is an excellent choice for freezing temperatures and variable conditions, both in the city and for outdoor activities.

The hood’s edge can be worn in two positions: when open, it extends far forward, creating a tunnel-like shield in front of your face; or by folding the edge inside the hood, insulation is maximized and the edge fits comfortably against the sides of your face.

Joutsen cleans the down they use with exceptional care—so thoroughly, in fact, that even many people who typically react to ordinary down can use Joutsen products.
