A sturdy and reliable ranger knife from Finland, with Böhler N690 blade.
This product can be ordered from 19.5.2025 onwards, not before.
The J-P Peltonen’s Sissipuukko M07 is a more compact version of the M95 knife. The handle is identical to that of the M95, but the blade is 2.5 cm shorter.
One of the standout features of the Sissipuukko has always been its excellent leather sheath: the knife stays securely in place without rattling, thanks to a rubber roller. The handle is firmly gripped by the roller and a rubber stopper. The sheath also includes a sturdy counter-piece, fastened with two rivets, which helps you draw the knife easily. The sheath’s attachment system and included strap allow the knife to be carried, for example, on a tactical vest.
The blade is thicker than that of most basic puukkos, giving it a solid and heavy-duty feel.
This special model features an uncoated blade made from Austrian Böhler’s N690 steel. While Peltonen’s standard steels are already very high quality, this special edition is designed for users who appreciate top-tier materials. N690 steel is known for its excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance—an outstanding choice for camping, bushcraft, and military use.
