Superlight 3-layer Gore shell from the Less Is More series.
Light? Yes. Ultralight, as in light enough to make it a one-trick pony? No. The idea behind Haglöfs’ L.I.M product series has always been to create high-performance hiking and sports gear without a single extra gram of weight. The L.I.M Airak jacket, made from Gore-Tex C-Knit material, is a great example of this.
This jacket is suitable for high-speed activities whenever you need full weather protection from your pants. It also works well as a lightweight hiking shell in the fall and spring seasons, in mild winter conditions, and even for commuting by bike. The lightweight material makes it wise to stay a bit further away from tree branches and sharp objects.
You’ll find ventilation zips at the armpits, Velcro adjustments at the cuffs and a hem adjustment cord - all useful features when fine-tuning the jacket’s ventilation to the desired level.
The feel offered by C-Knit on the inside is more comfortable than most three layer materials.
