Haglöfs Men's Spitz Down Hood ja Warm Flex Pant

The Spitz jackets are designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding users in harsh weather conditions. The details are optimized for activities like climbing trips, while the materials and down insulation ensure comfort for other winter uses as well.

The goose down in this Spitz Down jacket is treated to be water-repellent (H Down Platinum). It effectively resists soaking for 10,000 minutes. In areas prone to flattening, there is 100g/m² of Mimic Silver polyester insulation fiber.

In most conditions, this jacket is worn with a base and mid-layer, and in extreme conditions, a spacious shell jacket can be added on top. The model is like a lightweight down jacket, boosted with a lot of extra down: light to wear, but much warmer than the lighter ones available.

The jacket, awarded at the ISPO trade fair, was praised for its ability to withstand wet conditions, excellent down insulation that minimizes cold spots, and a well-balanced design that provides both protection and freedom of movement.

Note! The technical outer fabric is slightly translucent, which may cause the varying color of the down to show through slightly.

The fabrics of the jacket are treated to be water-repellent without the use of PFC compounds, and they are bluesign-certified.

The men’s Haglöfs Warm Flex pants are a good choice for winter outdoor activities such as everyday walks or suitable conditions for skiing or snowshoeing.

Many softshell pants are quite thin with a smooth inner surface, but Haglöfs’ Warm Flex pants are made for cooler conditions: they have a fleece-like inner surface and the fabric is relatively thick.

The material with polyurethane offers excellent wind protection without feeling completely sealed. For extensive rain, it’s better to choose different pants—these are best suited for dry conditions and offer protection from rain showers.
