A compact folding knife with a high quality blade for its price range, designed by none other than Pete Gerber, the founder of the Gerber brand himself! The model dates back to 1980 — the product’s features were perfected from the start.

The blade used in this model is made from 440A steel. This steel resists rust well, has moderate edge retention and is very easy to sharpen. The sharpening choil at the base of the blade makes for easy sharpening of the entire length of the blade.
