Garmin inReach Messenger Plus

The newest addition to the popular inReach product series brings along some much-desired entertainment features alongside its robust safety functions: for example, sending pictures is a new feature. The inReach Messenger Plus, however, is just as sturdy and weather-resistant as the previous devices in the series. The core idea of inReach is to provide regular hikers, passionate trekkers, and professionals with a way to send an emergency message with coordinates, independent of mobile networks, using the Iridium satellite phone network.

With inReach, you can showcase the landscapes you’ve captured, stay in touch with your loved ones, and share your experiences when paired with your smartphone. You can also embed the location coordinates in the photos you send.

NOTE! As with other devices using the satellite phone network, you need a satellite phone subscription to use the messaging features.
