Barring extreme snow storms this tent will take care of the elements year-round. Thanks to its design and quality materials the weight is low for such a tough tent. The vestibule has enough space for backpacks and footwear.

The outer tent can be rolled up at the ends all the way to the poles, making for excellent ventilation in hot weather.

The minimum weight is reported by the manufacturer and assumes leaving out stuff sacks, the repair kit, and non-necessary pegs.

Published in 2016, Abisko series tents are light, but made to withstand year-round use, including high winds and snow loads. Their packing size and weight are suitable for hiking, bicycle touring and other use where you move from one campsite to the next every day.
