When in need of a durable, warm and weatherproof winter parka, the Nuuk is a sure-fire choice. The weight alone tells you this is made for performance in cold conditions: with a durable surface fabric and thick synthetic insulation, it will serve you in cold conditions, whether hanging around at camp, carrying logs or mushing.

Since there’s a weatherproof membrane between the surface fabric and insulation, sleet or snow thawing on the surface is not a problem, either. The longish model protects your back even when kneeling.

The main zipper is of a two-way configuration. Open it up from the hem side before sitting down, to avoid lateral stress to the zip.
