This is one fine example of the traditional Finnish puukko. Used by everyone ranging from hikers, hunters, fishermen and carpenters.

A layer of carbon has been left on the side of the blade. In proper use, this layer will slowly wear away.

Take care of your carbon steel blade: dry it immediately after use, and occasionally give it a light covering of salt-free oil.
