Devold Women's Reverso Shirt

The Devold Reverso follows the path laid out by the Tuvegga model, but is even warmer than the Tuvegga. It’s a truly versatile base layer for cold-weather hiking, cross-country skiing, backcountry skiing and other outdoor activities.

Its unique construction allows two different ways to wear it: with the smooth side against your skin, it works well during intense activity where it’s important that the moisture you sweat moves efficiently into the next layers. With the patterned side against your skin, it traps as much of your body-warmed air as possible close to your skin.

Merino wool also performs well when damp: where many synthetics quickly start to feel cold when you stop for a break or reach camp, merino wool can often be “dried on your body”.

Merino wool’s odour-resistant properties and low need for washing are valuable qualities in frequent use and on long trips.

This Devold product is machine washable too, although merino wool needs washing far less often than synthetics. Follow the instructions (the main points: right temperature, wool detergent, wool wash programme, no fabric softeners or bleach).

Take good care of your merino wool garments. Regular detergents are too harsh for wool, so we recommend using Nikwax Wool Wash. It’s suitable for both machine and hand washing.
