Using a liner greatly reduces the need to wash your sleeping bag and the fabric of the sheet is also comfortable against your skin.
The sheet material is Lyocell fiber. It is made from wood fiber, and Lyocell is known for its soft feel on the skin. The material works well in both cold and warm conditions.
