While hiking socks use thicker weaves to create a layer of cushioning, these Bridgedale Ultralight TrailRun Merino Sport socks are designed to provide a precise step feel that experienced runners will appreciate, especially on demanding terrain.
The cuff is quite snug, in order to prevent sand and pine needles from getting inside the sock.
