The Blizzard Stormbird 80 TI is suitable not only for seasoned skiers but also for those who have moved beyond beginner skis but aren’t yet at the expert level. With the Stormbird 80 TI, you’ll handle both well-groomed slopes and deeper snow — ideal for advanced skiers who need to react quickly to unexpected obstacles.

The Blizzard Stormbird 80 TI is a frontside-oriented ski, performing best when most of the skiing takes place on groomed slopes.

It features a firm midsection, medium flex in front of and behind the binding, and a tip and tail structure that makes turning easy. Rubber elements in the tip and tail help dampen vibrations.

When purchasing, please provide your weight and boot sole length (different from your shoe size!) so we can adjust the bindings for ready-to-ski use.

Choose the length of on-piste skis in such a way that when holding it in front of you, its tip is at the height of your face - not below your chin, not above your forehead. Spend a couple seconds with a measure, and choosing is easy!

A good rule of thumb for all mountain ski length is to choose a length that reaches the height of your forehead, meaning roughly 10 cm shorter than your own length.
