Blizzard Thunderbird R15 - 82 LTD +Comp 12 25/26

The Blizzard Thunderbird R15 82 LTD is a tuned version of the popular R15 82. A strong sidewall, a metal-reinforced binding area, and the Comp plate make this a great choice for those who enjoy higher speeds. This is a model we can’t recommend for beginners!

The ski’s core is built for high-speed performance: it’s very firm under the binding area, thanks in part to the Active Armor reinforcement, and becomes progressively more flexible toward the tips. The construction layers include an impressive stack of materials: starting from the top surface — carbon fiber, fiberglass, Titanal, fiberglass, wood core, Titanal, and another layer of fiberglass. The ABS sidewalls complete the responsive feel.

When purchasing, please provide your weight and, if you already have ski boots, the external sole length in millimeters (different from your shoe size!) so we can adjust the bindings correctly.

A good rule of thumb for all mountain ski length is to choose a length that reaches the height of your forehead, meaning roughly 10 cm shorter than your own length.
