The Hobby is Arctic Legend’s answer for those seeking a functional yet stylish utility knife. It has all the features of a traditional knife – a reasonably sized blade, a comfortable wooden handle, and a quiet, stylish leather sheath. With this type of knife, you can handle tasks like carving kindling, various cutting and cooking tasks, and even processing fish.
In this model, the handle is stained dark, hence the word “black” in the model name. The stainless steel blade is an easy-care alternative to carbon steel - while it always pays off to take care of your knife, this model is more suitable for use where the knife is often subjected to wet conditions. We recommend using diamond sharpeners on stainless blades.
