The AT Jr from Vivobarefoot’s Tracker range is a light, stylish barefoot shoe that helps strengthen children’s feet. The outsole has an aggressive tread, and the thicker lugs give a little more protection than the lightest barefoot shoes.

This version has a warm lining and thermal insoles.

Note! Despite their looks, these are barefoot shoes, so walking in them means using your feet naturally: the soles have no torsional stiffness or significant cushioning.

Start barefoot walking in small doses. The muscles and tendons, such as the Achilles tendon, work quite differently from how they do in cushioned shoes that guide your stride. Give them time to recover!
