"Second tree": hang a hammock using, for example, a bicycle or sturdy poles.
Not all campsites have two trees perfectly spaced apart. With the Ticket to the Moon 2nd tree kit and e.g. a bicycle, poles or a piece of wood, you can still hang the your hammock!
This product is a hammock accessory, essentially a rope and peg set. The hammock, tarp, poles, etc. shown in the pictures are not included in the price.
Please view the video shown after the last product image, to see what pitching looks like. The instructions (.pdf file) displays the same process in pictures. The pitching process has multiple stages, but will be easy enough after a bit of practice.
Do not use ultra-light poles for setting it up.
